California High School Volleyball - Northridge Academy edged by San Fernando
September 3, 2025: Northridge, CA 91325 San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Northridge Academy Pumas (Northridge, CA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, San Fernando improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA) to meet the Hunters in a Valley Mission challenge on Wednesday, September 3. The Hunters come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Canoga Park lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA)
Next, the Pumas meet the Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Northridge Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA).
