Louisiana High School Football - Rayville nips Delhi Charter
September 30, 2021: Delhi, LA 71232 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Rayville Hornets football squad scored a close 18-12 victory over the Delhi Charter Gators.
In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Madison Jaguars (Tallulah, LA) in a 2A District 2 match, on Friday, October 8. Rayville will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Jaguars enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 13-12 non-league loss to Caldwell Parish (Columbia, LA).
The Gators (1-4) will now prepare for their match against General Trass (Lake Providence, LA). The Panthers enter the 2A District 2 match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, General Trass held off Vidalia (Vidalia, LA), 48-0, in a league match.
