Kentucky High School Football - Glasgow overwhelms Adair County
September 30, 2022: Glasgow, KY 42141 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) and the visiting Adair County Indians (Columbia, KY), observed Glasgow's football squad bounce Adair County by a count of 55-12.
The Scotties now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Taylor County for a 3A District 2 test on Friday, October 14. Glasgow will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 40-21 league loss to Hart County (Munfordville, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Adair County moves to 2-5 on the season. The Indians travel to Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY) to confront the Hornets in a non-league test on Friday, October 14. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 7-0. Metcalfe County won 41-14 in their recent league test against Monroe County (Tompkinsville, KY)
