The Bears (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Buckeye (Buckeye, LA). The Panthers come into the 3A District 2 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Buckeye was ripped by Grant (Dry Prong, LA), 31-14, in a league challenge.
The Bears now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sicily Island for a 1A District 4 challenge on Friday, October 7. Block will meet a Tigers team coming off a 34-0 non-league loss to St. Frederick (Monroe, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
