September 30, 2022: Sudbury, MA 01776 The Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors (Sudbury, MA) football defeated the visiting New Bedford Whalers (New Bedford, MA), 27-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Acton-Boxborough Colonials (Acton, MA) in a Dual County bout, on Friday, October 7. Lincoln-Sudbury will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Colonials enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 49-12 non-league loss to Wachusett Regional (Holden, MA).
The Whalers (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Barnstable (Hyannis, MA). The Red Hawks enter the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Barnstable defeated Durfee (Fall River, MA), 28-14, in a league bout.
