September 30, 2022: Farmington, ME 04938 The Messalonskee Eagles football team (Oakland, ME), was tipped 39-38 in Friday's league challenge with the host Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME)
The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Bulldogs come into the B North challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Lawrence was tipped by Leavitt (Turner, ME), 34-20, in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Cony for a B North challenge on Friday, October 7. Messalonskee will meet a Rams team coming off a 32-14 league win over Brewer (Brewer, ME). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.
