The Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) football routed the host Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles (Germantown, MD), 35-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars face the Richard Montgomery Rockets (Rockville, MD) in a Montgomery County 4A - West bout, on Friday, October 7. Quince Orchard will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Rockets enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 42-8 league win over Whitman (Bethesda, MD).
