September 30, 2023: Middletown, NY 10940 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Sullivan West Bulldogs (Lake Huntington, NY) and the host Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY), saw Sullivan West's soccer squad beat Middletown by a margin of 4-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Chester for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Sullivan West will meet a Hambletonians squad coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Beacon (Beacon, NY). The Hambletonians record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Middletown drops to 0-7 on the season. The Middie bears host Kingston (Kingston, NY) to meet the Tigers in a Section 9 Division I test on Tuesday, October 3.
