September 30, 2023: Bladensburg, MD 20710 The Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) soccer nudged the host Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD), 4-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
With the win, Chopticon moves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD) to battle the Hurricanes in a Southern Maryland bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 3-2.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Suitland Rams (Forestville, MD) in a bout, on Monday, October 2. Bladensburg will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to High Point (Beltsville, MD).
