North Dakota High School Soccer - Moorhead knocks off Fargo South
September 30, 2023: Fargo, ND 58103 Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Fargo South Bruins (Fargo, ND), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spuds confront the St. Cloud Tech Tigers (St. Cloud, MN) in a Class AA Section 8 challenge, on Monday, October 2. Moorhead will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Willmar (Willmar, MN).
The Bruins now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host West Fargo for a East Region challenge on Tuesday, October 3. Fargo South will confront a Packers team coming off a 5-1 league win over Grand Forks Central (Grand Forks, ND). The Packers record now stands at 7-4.
