The Waynedale Golden Bears topped the visiting Canton South Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Golden Bears now have a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smithville for a Wayne County test on Tuesday, October 3. Waynedale will confront a Smithies team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Midview (Grafton, OH). The Smithies record now stands at 18-0.

The Wildcats (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Alliance (Alliance, OH). The Aviators enter the non-league test with a 2-13 record. In their last test, Alliance was knocked off by Marlington (Alliance, OH), 3-0, in a league test.
