September 30, 2023: Franklin, LA 70538 The Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA) volleyball beat the host Hanson Memorial Tigers (Franklin, LA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lutcher (Lutcher, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, Lutcher achieved victory over Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Franklin Hornets (Franklin, LA) in a Division IV District 2 battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Hanson Memorial will attempt to advance on its 4-9 season record. The Hornets come into the battle with a 2-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Patterson (Patterson, LA).
