Kentucky High School Volleyball - Model over Parker
September 30, 2023: Richmond, KY 40475 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Model Patriots (Richmond, KY) and the visiting Parker Wyverns (Louisville, KY), saw Model's volleyball squad beat Parker by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Model upgrades its record to 9-11 on the year. The Patriots travel to Sayre (Lexington, KY) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 22-6. Sayre won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Madison Southern (Berea, KY)
The Wyverns now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick Fraize for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 30. Parker will play a Aces squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Butler County (Morgantown, KY). The Aces record now stands at 0-15.
