North Carolina High School Volleyball - Highland Tech tips Mount Airy

September 30, 2023: Mount Airy, NC 27030

Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Rams clash with the Neuse Charter Cougars (Smithfield, NC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. Highland Tech will attempt to advance on its 20-2 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 10-6 record after their 3-0 league win over North Duplin (Calypso, NC).

With the loss, Mount Airy drops to 10-7 on the campaign. The Granite bears travel to Perquimans (Hertford, NC) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league match on Saturday, September 30. The Pirates come into the match with a record of 12-1. Perquimans won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Camden County (Camden, NC)
