Iowa High School Volleyball - Mt. Pleasant tips Prince of Peace Prep
September 30, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, IA 52641 Mt. Pleasant Panthers (Mt. Pleasant, IA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Prince of Peace Prep Irish (Clinton, IA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Northeast Rebels (Goose Lake, IA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 30. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to advance on its 6-21 season record. The Rebels come into the match with a 10-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Camanche (Camanche, IA).
With the loss, Prince of Peace Prep drops to 1-17 on the campaign. The Irish host Lisbon (Lisbon, IA) to battle the Lions in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 3. The Lions come into the match with a record of 21-4. Lisbon won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Marquette (Bellevue, IA)
