September 30, 2024: Lawrenceburg, KY 40342 Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Bourbon County moves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Sayre (Lexington, KY) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 12-4. Sayre lost 5-2 in their recent league test against Henry Clay (Lexington, KY)
The Bearcats now sport a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they host Henry County for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 2. Anderson County will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Carroll County (Carrollton, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-6.
