New York High School Soccer - Rome Free Academy knocks off Clinton
September 30, 2024: Rome, NY 13441 In Monday's non-league outing, the host Rome Free Academy Black Knights soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Clinton Comets.
The Black Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Whitesboro (Marcy, NY). The Warriors go into the TVL West outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Whitesboro got by Oneida (Oneida, NY), 7-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Comets confront the Canastota Red Raiders (Canastota, NY) in a outing, on Friday, October 4. Clinton will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Camden (Camden, NY).
