New Jersey High School Soccer - Neptune toppled by Manalapan
September 30, 2024: Englishtown, NJ 07726 Manalapan Braves (Englishtown, NJ) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Neptune Scarlet Fliers (Neptune, NJ), 10-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Manalapan moves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Braves host Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 7-0.
The Scarlet Fliers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shore Regional for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. Neptune will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Middletown South (Middletown, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-6.
