New Mexico High School Football - Valley thwarted by Eldorado
September 30, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87111 Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM), 30-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Eldorado improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 8. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 4-1. La Cueva won 49-43 in their recent non-league battle against Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM)
The Vikings now have a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Volcano Vista for a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. Valley will play a Hawks team coming off a 53-0 non-league win over Cibola (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 5-0.
