Washington High School Football - Timberline thwarted by River Ridge
September 30, 2024: Lacey, WA 98503 River Ridge Hawks (Lacey, WA) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA), 27-18 in a non-league battle.
With the win, River Ridge advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Hawks host Lakes (Lakewood, WA) to play the Lancers in a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 1-3. Lakes won 46-0 in their recent non-league battle against North Thurston (Lacey, WA)
The Blazers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Capital for a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. Timberline will play a Cougars team coming off a 38-31 non-league win over Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.
