Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) and the visiting Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC), observed Trinity's volleyball team hold off Cornerstone Charter by a count of 2-1.

The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Providence Grove was tipped by Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
