Colorado High School Softball - Englewood can't get by Denver West
September 30, 2024: Denver, CO 80204 Denver West Cowboys (Denver, CO) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Englewood Pirates (Englewood, CO), 1-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Denver West upgrades its record to 3-13 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Overland (Aurora, CO) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league game on Thursday, October 3. The Trailblazers enter the game with a record of 9-4. Overland won 1-0 in their recent league game against Lincoln (Denver, CO)
The Pirates now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Middle Park for a 4A/3A Frontier game on Tuesday, October 1. Englewood will play a Panthers squad coming off a 24-20 non-league loss to Platte Valley (Kersey, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 5-11.
