California High School Volleyball - Burroughs over Providence
September 30, 2024: Burbank, CA 91505 In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Burroughs Bears volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Providence Pioneers.
The Bears (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Muir (Pasadena, CA). The Mustangs come into the Pacific challenge with a 14-8 record. In their last challenge, Muir beat Hoover (Glendale, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Pioneers meet the Rio Hondo Prep Kares (Arcadia, CA) in a Prep challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Providence will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Kares come into the challenge with a 18-18 record after their 3-0 league loss to Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA).
