Arizona High School Flag Football - Buena prevails Canyon View

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Buena Colts flag football squad scored a good 23-13 triumph over the Canyon View Jaguars.

The Colts (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ). The Cougars come into the 5A Southern match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Casa Grande defeated Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ), 10-7, in a non-league battle.

The Jaguars now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they host La Joya Community for a 5A Northwest Valley battle on Thursday, October 2. Canyon View will play a Fighting Lobos team coming off a 21-3 non-league loss to Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ). The Fighting Lobos record now stands at 0-2.
