Maryland High School Soccer - Chesapeake knocks off Glen Burnie
September 30, 2025: Glen Burnie, MD 21060 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Chesapeake Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Glen Burnie Gophers.
The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Old Mill (Millersville, MD). The Patriots go into the Class 3A East II test with a 3-4 record.
The Gophers now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Old Mill for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Glen Burnie will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 5-0 league loss to South River (Edgewater, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 3-4.
