September 30, 2025: Elgin, IL 60120 South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) fans were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL), 2-0 in a non-league game.
Next, the Storm play the Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, October 6. South Elgin will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 6-0 league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL).
With the loss, Elgin moves to 3-3 on the year. The Maroons travel to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Bartlett lost 4-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Aurora (Aurora, IL)
