Colorado High School Softball - Broomfield bounces Niwot
September 30, 2025: Niwot, CO 80503 In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Broomfield Eagles softball squad scored a good 18-3 triumph over the Niwot Cougars.
With the triumph, Broomfield improves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Cherokee Trail (Aurora, CO) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Friday, October 3. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 13-0. Cherokee Trail won 13-0 in their recent league game against Mullen (Denver, CO)
The Cougars now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 1. Niwot will play a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 14-13 non-league win over Silver Creek (Longmont, CO). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-6.
