New York High School Soccer - Schenectady nudged by Colonie Central
September 30, 2025: Schenectady, NY 12308 Colonie Central Wolfpack (Albany, NY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Schenectady Patriots (Schenectady, NY), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Colonie Central advances its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY) to clash with the Flying Dutchmen in a Suburban Council- Blue test on Saturday, October 4. The Flying Dutchmen come into the test with a record of 5-3. Guilderland won 6-1 in their recent league test against Averill Park (Averill Park, NY)
The Patriots now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Albany for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. Schenectady will play a Falcons squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Columbia (East Greenbush, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.
