New Jersey High School Soccer - Edison nudges New Brunswick
September 30, 2025: Edison, NJ 08817 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Edison Eagles (Edison, NJ) and the visiting New Brunswick Zebra (New Brunswick, NJ), saw Edison's soccer squad hold off New Brunswick by a score of 5-4.
The Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Dunellen (Dunellen, NJ). The Destroyers enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Dunellen was edged by Roselle Park (Roselle Park, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Zebra meet the Freehold Township Patriots (Freehold, NJ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 4. New Brunswick will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Patriots come into the match with a 6-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Long Branch (Long Branch, NJ).
