Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Masterman toppled by Germantown Friends
September 30, 2025: Philadelphia, PA 19144 Germantown Friends (Philadelphia, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Masterman (Philadelphia, PA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Germantown Friends moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The host George School (Newtown, PA) to meet the Cougars in a Friends Schools test on Friday, October 3. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 1-6. George School lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA)
The now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host George Washington for a PPL - Independence test on Wednesday, October 1. Masterman will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Science Leadership Academy (Philadelphia, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-3.
