Maryland High School Soccer - Glenelg knocks off Long Reach
September 30, 2025: Glenelg, MD 21737 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD) and the visiting Long Reach Lightning (Columbia, MD), saw Glenelg's soccer squad triumph over Long Reach by a count of 6-1.
The Gladiators (6-0) will now prepare for their match against Centennial (Ellicott City, MD). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Centennial nipped Howard (Ellicott City, MD), 2-1, in a league match.
The Lightning now sport a 0-1 record.
