The Swordsmen now hold a 9-1 record. They play next when they host Heritage Christian for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 10. Hammond Baptist will encounter a Defenders squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN). The Defenders record now stands at 4-2.
