September 30, 2025: Maplewood, MN 55109 Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Simley moves its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host St. Thomas Academy (Mendota Heights, MN) to confront the Cadets in a Class A Section 3 outing on Thursday, October 2. The Cadets go into the outing with a record of 4-7. St. Thomas Academy won 5-1 in their recent non-league outing against North (North St. Paul, MN)
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Tartan Titans (Oakdale, MN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 2. Hill-Murray will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Titans go into the outing with a 4-6 record after their 4-1 league loss to Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN).
