Michigan High School Soccer - Seaholm/Groves nudged by Melvindale
September 30, 2025: Melvindale, MI 48122 Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Seaholm/Groves Maples (Birmingham, MI), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Melvindale advances its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 1. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 8-7. Annapolis won 1-0 in their recent league test against Garden City (Garden City, MI)
The Maples now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Seaholm for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 7.
