Western Boone Stars (Thorntown, IN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Tri-West Hendricks Bruins (Lizton, IN), 1-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Western Boone moves its record to 1-11 on the campaign. The Stars travel to Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN) to clash with the Mounties in a Monon Athletic test on Thursday, October 2. The Mounties come into the test with a record of 4-10.
