The Grace Christian Crusaders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Caldwell Academy Eagles to 1 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Crusaders now possess a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league outing on Friday, October 3. Grace Christian will play a Saints team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC). The Saints record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Caldwell Academy drops to 16-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC) to play the Bengals in a NCISAA Piedmont Triad Athletic game on Friday, October 3. The Bengals come into the bout with a record of 7-11. Greensboro Day School lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC)
