In Saturday's non-league game, the Don Bosco Prep Ironmen (Ramsey, NJ) football team knocked off the visiting Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY), by a score of 21-7.

The Ironmen (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, NJ). The Pirates come into the North Jersey Super - United Red game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Seton Hall Prep toppled Union City (Union City, NJ), 48-7, in a non-league game.

The Gaels now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Hendricken for a non-league game on Saturday, September 11.
