The Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) football edged the host Central Rockets (Miami, FL), 21-20 in Saturday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Gaels face the Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 11. Bishop Gorman will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 31-24 non-league win over Alemany (Mission Hills, CA).
