September 4, 2022: Belle Vernon, PA 15012 The crowd at Sunday's non-league test between the Gateway Gators (Monroeville, PA) and the host Belle Vernon Leopards (Belle Vernon, PA), saw Gateway's soccer squad knock off Belle Vernon by a count of 5-3.
The Gators now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to McKeesport for a WPIAL AAA 4 test on Tuesday, September 6. Gateway will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.
