September 4, 2024: Grand Rapids, MI 49525 Cedar Springs Red Hawks (Cedar Springs, MI) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Northview Wildcats (Grand Rapids, MI), 32-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Cedar Springs improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Red Hawks host Greenville (Greenville, MI) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. The Yellow Jackets go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Wildcats now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sparta for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. Northview will play a Spartans team coming off a 20-7 non-league loss to Wayland (Wayland, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.
