North Carolina High School Soccer - East Mecklenburg knocks off Mooresville
September 4, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28212 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the East Mecklenburg Eagles (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC), saw East Mecklenburg's soccer squad prevail over Mooresville by a score of 4-0.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, North Mecklenburg by South Iredell (Statesville, NC), 7-1, in a non-league challenge.
With the loss, Mooresville moves to 2-4 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Cox Mill (Concord, NC) to encounter the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 10. The Chargers go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Cox Mill lost 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
