September 4, 2024: Trenton, IL 62293 The Mater Dei Knights volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Wesclin Warriors to 0 in the Knights non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Knights now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Waterloo for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 10. Mater Dei will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Wesclin drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Gibault Catholic (Waterloo, IL) to play the Hawks in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 5. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
