September 4, 2025: Providence, RI 02903 Classical Purple (Providence, RI) boosters were content Thursday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Juanita Sanchez Complex Cavaliers (Providence, RI), 32-8 in a non-league match.
The Purple (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Huskies come into the Division III match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Mt. Hope defeated Moses Brown (Providence, RI), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
The Cavaliers now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Toll Gate for a Division IV test on Saturday, September 13. Juanita Sanchez Complex will meet a Titans squad coming off a 32-0 non-league loss to East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
