Tennessee High School Soccer - LaVergne nudged by Antioch
September 4, 2025: LaVergne, TN 37086 Antioch Bears (Antioch, TN) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host LaVergne Wolverines (LaVergne, TN), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Antioch moves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Hillsboro (Nashville, TN) to play the Burros in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Burros go into the outing with a record of 4-3. Hillsboro lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Franklin Road Academy (Nashville, TN)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Wilson Central Wildcats (Lebanon, TN) in a AAA District 7 outing, on Tuesday, September 9. LaVergne will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Mount Juliet (Mt. Juliet, TN).
