Kentucky High School Soccer - Southern toppled by Bullitt East
September 4, 2025: Louisville, KY 40219 Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Southern Trojans (Louisville, KY), 9-0 in a non-league outing.
The Chargers (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY). The Centurions enter the non-league outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Christian Academy-Louisville ran past Eastern (Louisville, KY), 8-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Trojans confront the North Bullitt Eagles (Shepherdsville, KY) in a District 23 outing, on Monday, September 8. Southern will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 1-9 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY).
