September 4, 2025: Carleton, MI 48117 The Jefferson Bears football squad scored 28 points and limited the host Airport Jets to 18 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Milan for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Jefferson will meet a Big Reds squad coming off a 57-9 non-league win over Quincy (Quincy, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Airport moves to 0-2 on the season. The Jets travel to Riverview (Riverview, MI) to face the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 11. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
