September 4, 2025: Byron Center, MI 49315 Byron Center Bulldogs (Byron Center, MI) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting East Kentwood Falcons (Kentwood, MI), 38-27 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Byron Center improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hamilton (Hamilton, MI) to play the Hawkeyes in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. The Hawkeyes go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Hamilton lost 30-12 in their recent non-league battle against Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI)
The Falcons now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Jenison for a match on Thursday, September 11. East Kentwood will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 12-7 non-league win over Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
