September 4, 2025: Chesnee, SC 29323 The Chesnee Eagles football squad scored 51 points and limited the visiting Walhalla Razorbacks to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to R-S Central for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Chesnee will meet a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 30-20 non-league win over North Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Walhalla drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Razorbacks host Seneca (Seneca, SC) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 0-1. Seneca lost 24-8 in their recent non-league test against Woodmont (Piedmont, SC)
