The Hillcrest Hawks (Country Club Hills, IL) football trounced the visiting Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL), 40-7 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Thornton Fractional North Meteors (Calumet City, IL) in a game, on Thursday, September 11. Hillcrest will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.

The Broncos (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL). The Friars enter the outing with a 0-2 record.
