The North Johnston Panthers ran past the visiting Rosewood Eagles football squad by a margin of 30-22 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Panthers now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Princeton for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. North Johnston will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 60-27 non-league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Rosewood drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 11.
